This Request for Information (RFI) is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The purpose of this RFI is to identify qualified contractors, who are able to meet the requirements of The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Enterprise Operations (EO) detailed in the nine (9) Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) documents attached. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this RFI. No funds have been authorized, appropriated or received for this effort. The information provided may be used by the VA in developing its acquisition strategy and PWS. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response.

There are nine (9) Draft PWS documents attached. Each PWS represents a separate effort. Please indicate in the heading of your RFI response which effort you are responding to by including the associated “TAC-14-XXXXX” and PWS title. It is not a requirement to provide a response to all nine (9) of the Draft PWS documents in order to respond to this RFI.
