The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Heartland Region, is conducting a Sources
Sought to determine the number of Architecture-Engineering (A-E) Firms—that are considered a small
business concern under North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 541310—with the capabilities
to provide Architect-Engineering Services for the following specific Geographic Regions in GSA Region 6.
1. The State of Kansas, including the City of Kansas City, Columbia, Missouri and the area of Missouri
west of Columbia, Missouri
2. The State of Missouri East of Columbia, Missouri, including the city of St. Louis
3. The State of Nebraska
The Government must ensure that there is adequate capability, experience, and competition among the
potential pool of responsible contractors. Therefore, the purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of
interest, capabilities and qualifications of Small Businesses within the industry.
The intended audience of this Sources Sought includes ALL Small Business Concerns.
This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code 541310 (Architectural Services) and FSC/PSC Code
C211. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M. Interested parties responding to this Sources Sought
announcement MUST be considered a Small Business under the aforementioned NAICS Code.
